2.2 Scorecard results (includingRed, Amber, and Green zone classifications, overall scores, category breakdowns, and specific alerts) are generated based on the information you provide. The accuracy of the results depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of your responses.

2.3 Scorecard results and any accompanying recommendations are provided as general guidance only. They do not constitute engineering advice, electrical certification, a warranty of system condition, or a guarantee of system performance.

2.4 MiHT accepts no liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or costs incurred based on Scorecard results. If your Scorecard identifies potential issues with your home energy systems, we recommend engaging a suitably qualified professional for a formal assessment.

3. Service Reports and Home Energy Ratings

3.1 Service reports provided byMiHT following a service visit document our technicians’ observations and the maintenance work performed at the time of service. They represent a snapshot of your system’s condition at that point in time and are not a guarantee of ongoing performance or condition.

3.2 Home Energy Ratings (where provided as part of an Annual Care Plan) are calculated based on the MiHT CareSystem assessment methodology. They are a proprietary measure designed to track the maintenance health of your systems over time and should not be interpreted as an engineering assessment, energy efficiency rating, or compliance certificate.

3.3 Triage classifications(Maintain, Restore, Refer, and Monitor) in our service reports are provided as guidance based on our assessment at the time of service. “Refer”classifications indicate issues that fall outside MiHT’s scope and require attention from an appropriately qualified professional. MiHT accepts no liability for the outcome of any referral or for delays in acting on a Referrecommendation.

3.4 Nothing in any MiHT service report, Home Energy Rating, or triage classification should be construed as engineering advice, electrical certification, or a warranty of system safety or condition.

4. Scope of Our Services — Care, Not Repair

4.1 MiHT is a specialist maintenance and care provider. We do not perform mechanical repairs, electrical work, refrigerant handling, or installation of new systems. Our Services are limited to cleaning, maintenance, assessment, and care as described in ourTerms and Conditions of Sale.

4.2 Where our technicians identify issues that require repair, replacement, or specialist attention, we will document these in your service report and recommend you engage a suitably qualified professional. MiHT does not accept liability for the condition or performance of your systems beyond the specific maintenance and cleaning work we perform.

4.3 Our maintenance services are designed to support system performance and longevity but are not a substitute for professional repair, installation, or engineering services.Ongoing system performance depends on many factors outside our control, including system age, installation quality, usage patterns, and environmental conditions.

5. Health and Indoor Air Quality Information

5.1 Content on our Website and in our marketing materials may discuss the relationship between home energy system maintenance and indoor air quality, respiratory health, and general wellbeing.
